Second Earth is a free to play, science fiction MMORPG. It is our goal to allow players to enjoy a complete high-quality game without having to pay a thing. Donations will always be welcome to offset the cost of bandwidth, but we will never charge for this game.

1-02-08 -- Happy new year from Secondearth. We're moving forward with a big update in the next month or so. In the meantime, try our new web-based strategy game -- Second Earth: Faction Wars. Click the banner to give it a shot.
9-2-08 -- Beta testers who have given good feedback and provided bugfixes / enhancements will be given free items from the donation page. Please post your requests in the forum.
8-14-08 -- VERY IMPORTANT -> Any beta tester who has played for at least 3 weeks, or who has attained level 10 and has not taken the "Initial Impressions Survey" or provided feedback on the game in the forums will start having their accounts suspended as of next week. Sorry to have to do this, but you were invited as a private beta tester, please start acting like one!
7-06-08 -- We have just added an online version of the Beta Test Waiver. Anyone who wants to join the beta test, please fill out this form on the download page.
4-20-08 -- Private beta server is now live!
3-28-08 -- We have just added the manual online. Please check it out in the Download section of the site.
3-17-08 -- The beta test release form has been added to the download page, we invite everyone to fill it out, and be registered in preparation for our beta test launch here in the next couple of weeks.
2-22-08 -- We have just updated the info page with descriptions of all the character classes, skills, and spells. We are also in the process of updating the media page as well.
2-10-08 -- We have just put up a test patch/game server for development and bugtesting purposes. We are hitting all of our milestones on time, and our plan for an april private beta is still on track. A developer only client has been posted in the download section. It is password protected and intended for developers only. Thank you!
12-21-08 -- We are currently trying to compile a list of beta testers, so that when the beta is ready, we will have a test team already lined up. Please register in the forums, and post under the "I wanna be a beta tester" thread to sign up. Who knows, you might be one of the lucky ones to get an advance single-player beta test copy!
